Our guide on Continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) Pillows

Continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) compatible pillows

We are now selling our range of CPAP Pillows on our site. Our CPAP pillows are designed for users of Continuous positive airway pressure machines. The cut-out design allows for reduced pressure caused by the mask when in contact with the pillow to be removed, this also has the benefit of reducing mask and pressure leaks.
Our CPAP Pillows are recommended by the British Snoring and Sleep Apnoea Association.

How do you pick the right pillow for you?

It is all down to personal preference but here are some rough guidelines;

Currently sleep on fiber filled or feather filled pillow, have tried memory foam and don't get on with it? Try The Original CPAP Pillow.

Love memory foam pillows but are on a tighter budget? Are a Front or Back Sleeper? Try The Original Memory Foam CPAP Pillow.

Prefer a softer molded pillow with key ergonomic features such as rounded leading edge for shoulder and neck support and a recess to reduce pressure on your ear for side sleepers, as well as ribbed ventilation to keep your head cool? (For front sleepers we recommend the small) Try the Advanced CPAP Pillow.

Love memory foam? Love all the features above? Want a firmer pillow? (For front sleepers we recommend the small) Try the Advanced Memory Foam CPAP Pillow.

More about Sleep Apnoea:

Obstructive sleep apnoea (OSA) is a condition where the walls of the throat relax and narrow during sleep, interrupting normal breathing.

There are two forms of OSA; Apnoea and hypopnoea.

Treatment options for OSA include:
  • lifestyle changes – such as losing excess weight, cutting down on alcohol and sleeping on your side
  • using a continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) device – these devices prevent your airway closing while you sleep by delivering a continuous supply of compressed air through a mask

If you are still unsure give our team a call and we can help you find the right pillow for you. (01752 345678)
