Hello, we are closed from the 24th Dec for Christmas. All orders will be processed when we reopen on the 3rd January 2023.
Standard post orders placed while we are closed
Due to the ongoing disruption with the Royal mail strikes and wider postal network standard post orders will take longer than usual to reach you. If you need your item in a hurry we recommend you pay extra for the next working day service we offer (please see below).
Next working day orders placed while we are closed
If you place a next day order from 12:00 noon on the 23rd December it will leave us in the first few days when we re-open (3rd January) due to the large volume or orders we receive while we are closed and the fact that every order is handmade once ordered we may not be able to get them all out on the 3rd January. Once they are made we will send them out on a next working day service.
We apologise if your parcel has been delayed in reaching you. Royal mail strikes have affected the entire postal network at it's busiest time of year. Sadly this is out of our hands but we are sorry nonetheless if your order from us has been affected.
Orders placed from the 10th December until 23rd December 2021 will benefit from an extended returns policy of 30 days once the item has been received (instead of the usual 14).
Contacting us while we are closed
We receive lots of emails & voicemails while we are closed. We will answer all questions as soon as possible upon reopening. If you have an urgent need to speak with us i.e to cancel an order placed while we were closed please call the office on the morning of the 3rd January 2022.
